The photos on this website and any samples are provided as a guide only. The following points should be taken into consideration.

• Colour in the photo may vary from the actual wood due to the translation and reproduction limitations of photography.
• A packet is made up of many pieces. There WILL BE more variations in grain, colour and / or character in your delivery than can possibly be shown in photos or sample pieces.
• Wood is a product of nature, no two pieces are alike to start with but further variation will occur with time since milling and exposure to natural elements.
• Character variation such as defects, sapwood and heartwood percentage, mineral streaks, worm holes and species specific issues WILL OCCUR. Product Grade rules should be read and understood in conjunction with this disclaimer.
• Photos cannot accurately show the look or sheen of finished products, nor can samples of unfinished products. One needs to view prefinished samples and test finishes on unfinished products.

Responsibility Limitations

• Given the above, lumber needs to be inspected prior to use and consultation made with the supplier to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with the batch and product supplied.
• Once the product is used you have deemed it acceptable and no further claims concerning visible issues shall be entertained.
