The photos on this website and any samples are provided as a guide only. The following points should be taken into consideration.

• Colour in the photo may vary from the actual wood due to the translation and reproduction limitations of photography.
• A deck is made up of many pieces. There WILL BE more variations in grain, colour and / or character in your deck than can possibly be shown in photos or sample pieces.
• Wood is a product of nature, no two pieces are alike to start with but further variation will occur with time since milling and exposure to natural elements.
• Character variation such as defects, sapwood and heartwood percentage, mineral streaks, worm holes and species specific issues WILL OCCUR.
• Photos cannot show the look of any applied finishes, nor can samples of unfinished products. One needs to view samples and test finishes on unfinished products.

Responsibility Limitations

• Given the above, decking needs to be inspected prior to installation and consultation made with the installer, designer, and/or owner to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with the batch and product supplied.
• Once the decking is installed you have deemed it acceptable and no further claims concerning visible issues shall be entertained.
