WPI is a Trading Company based in Auckland New Zealand. Subsidiary and joint venture companies include WPI (NZ) Limited and SMI. |

WPI specializes in two main programmes. The first is Australian Hard Cypress Lumber and Solid Flooring, and the second is New Zealand Radiata Pine Clear grade lumber. |

WPI is the largest single exporter of Australian Hard Cypress to the USA market. The Company was among the first to ever export Cypress from Australia to the USA. Over the following years it has developed very strong supply partnerships in Australia, and has been responsible for the development of quality control systems that have made the Cypress a valuable and desirable product. |

Currently WPI supplies major importers, and individual Flooring distributors throughout the USA. |

Our Radiata programmes have also been developed over many years, and have specialised in High grade Select (Clears) Lumber. The Company has a unique relationship with several mills, whereby WPI funds the purchase of logs and the mills handle the processing of the Lumber. There has been a strong focus on Quality Control, and WPI branded Radiata has an excellent reputation. Our Radiata customer base includes Distribution yards, Importers, and a number of window and door manufacturers. |
